Product Launch JV

Let’s Talk About Product Launch Success

Yes, I have taken the “PLM” training with Jeff Walker, the inventor of the “Product Launch Formula” which is the foundation of most internet product launches that are popular today.

More importantly, I have actually done Product Launches for other clients before. After all, you expect results from your launch, and it’s the results that I have been able to generate with other launches that count for you.

So let’s hear from some of these clients right now:

“Super Nice – Effective Video Production…”

“Thomas is extremely knowledgeable in so many different areas… from effective video scripting and editing that builds relationship with the customer to the webinar presentation to actually sell the product.

“He’s super nice – my whole team loves him.

“Take advantage of any opportunity you have to work with Thomas! I highly, recommend him.” – Tim Mai, Houston Texas www.dodeals.com

“Exceptional – Tremendous Asset to My Team…”

“Thomas delivers exceptional quality in all his services, and has proven himself to be a tremendous asset to our team.

“YOU are a ‘Genie’! – Happy to bring you on board again on my upcoming launches.

“If you’re looking for someone for your sales funnel development and for your product launch sequencing, definitely talk to Thomas!” – Rob “The Genie” Toth, Vancouver Canada www.info-riches.com

“6 Figures In 7 Days” With Only A Small Internal List And A Few Select Affiliates…

“I couldn’t be happier with everything you did for the Flip Crushers Launch. You by far exceeded our expectations. Your video editing skills, your advice and guidance – everything was superb.

“I look forward to working with you again soon, and if anyone is thinking about using Thomas as a Product Launch Manager, I’d recommend him 100% because he really is awesome.” – Eric Bodiwala, Dallas TX www.flipcrushers.com

“Phenomenal Expertise In The Area Of Videos…”

“…Attract a voracious crowd to be coming back and commenting on blogs and really coming to your events where you can close a lot of business online.

“Tom is a phenomenal expert and great person to work with, always wanting to go the distance to help make your project work. I can’t recommend him enough and look forward to working with him again.” – Rob Canyon, Toronto Canada www.sefogo.com

How I work…

The way I work and approach product launches is much like a “marketing joint venture”: If we work together on your launch, the lion share of my “compensation” is depending on the results you get with your launch.

That’s a great way to structure our relationship, because your best interest is my best interest – the more money you make the more money I make.

Now, let me be upfront – most clients who come to me for advice on their launches – I don’t take them on as a “JV Launch” client. That’s simply because doing a launch requires my full attention, and since the results are immediately affecting my own bottom line, I have to choose carefully where I get involved more deeply.

However, I’m always happy to look at your opportunity, give you my honest opinion, and let you know what I can do, or I can refer you to other people and resources that can help you out.

Launch Concept And Story

Creating your launch concepts and story is one of the most crucial pieces of your launch. Market research, the type of prospects and clients you are targeting, your own or product image – we look at these and more factors and create your story…

Your Product Launch Blueprint

As a consulting alternative, I can create your entire Product Launch Blueprint for you so you can look at everything and go do the launch yourself. I even include the launch concept and story plus detailed scripts for lead magnets such as videos, ideas for prospect interaction and social proof etc.

In a recent six figure internal launch we had around 3,000 comments on the pre-launch blog, plus over 850 detailed survey responses. It’s great for your launch when your lead magnets can generate that much validation…

Putting It All Together

Of course, there is the technological and logistics aspect of “running a launch”. This is where team and experience are a must.

Shopping cart setup, autoresponder integration, prelaunch blog, JV blog, Google launch group, media cloud hosting, sales funnel, merchant account hookup, online and offline fulfillment… who could possibly handle this all alone – and still have enough time and energy left to appear in pre-launch videos, answer blog comments, and run the rest of your life?

Got A Launch Question..?

If you have a question about your launch or what you need to get started… just ask me below – in fact, if you enter your biggest question or challenge or obstacle, I will forward you my personal “launch questionnaire” that you can use to explore your next steps even further.

I will answer your launch question – AND – if you fill out the launch questionnaire I will check it out and give you my best suggestions on what you need to do next.

Hi Mark: It’s always better to generate some conversion stats, test different offers, and proof that your offer is working BEFORE approaching JV’s. (Because then it’s a lot easier to get JV’s to want to promote your stuff.

As far as Kajabi goes, I’ve found that their are two main areas of advantages (and a lot of restrictions and shortcomings) with Kajabi. The areas of advantage are 1. Convenience of setting global “standby pages” and global redirects so you can setup you launch funnel, open the cart and close the cart while all launch pages are hidden to the public (only the “standby page” or the sales page are visible and all other links redirect to that one page.) The other advantage is the instant “social network” like area in the members area.

The shortcomings are in design flexibility (which is not existent). You have to do it the Kajabi way or not at all. Setting up upsells or downsells is a huge pain and pretty much impossible without reaching for solutions outside of Kajabi.

I much prefer OptimizePress and integrate it with WishlistMember

    Hi

    Mark Vurnum here, How’s business?

I am on the look out for a good jv broker and of course your name has come up in a few circles as a great jv broker to get people on board to potentially promote quality products to the IM community.

Would you be interested in a chat via skype or phone to see if you might be interested in a product that is selling via well for me at the moment, it is unique, high quality, medium price point (with continuity) and is software based?

If so it would be good to have a chat with you at a time that is suitable for you, just let me know and I can rearrange my schedule to ensure we talk.

Look forward to having a chat with you soon

    Regards
    Mark

@Dustin: When you create a product in a specific niche, it’s best to start with people who are already promoting products in that niche. – Just do a Google search for your main keywords, and contact the people who are promoting similar things.

As a newcomer the most important thing is that you create some validation showing that your affilaites can actually make money with your stuff.

    Cheers,
    Thomas

@Aira: I think it’s a great starting point to create a product based on your own success and experience! Your ideas would work really well when you put them into a video pre-launch sequence.

    Cheers,
    thomas

Hi, I’m currently in the process of creating my very first product, a fat burning E-book. I am going to get the ebook done, create a site and sales letter, and then I want to put it on click bank. I’m a little lost on how to go about getting affiliates (or how to attract them), and when I look at all the JV stuff it seems like it is all mostly related to internet marketing (the products that get JV announcements). If you could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it

    Hey Thomas,

I saw your post at JV Notify Pro. You see, I am pretty new to product launches. Well, I am new to creating my own products. So my question is, are you willing to help people who do not have a list and is new to creating products?

My product is about affiliate marketing. I have been getting lots of money promoting other people’s products so I thought about creating a product around that. But this will not be an ordinary ebook or course. It is a record of my personal experience. A full video recording from the time I began and when I started to make money. I figured that this will be really beneficial to the newbie market.

    So what do you think?
